Casting Is Officially Over
Or has been over since June. Yes! casting for season 4 is over so to the ones who were trying to audition for this up-coming season, sorry you will have to wait until 2010. It's possible that their filming right now and will air it in November.

I got in contact with one of the Casting Director's and she told me that auditions ended in June.
